Join local chef and caviar expert Stephanie Eburah as she marries the two together in expert pairings that you will enjoy while you learn about sustainable caviar farming as well as different and approachable caviar varieties: on the menu will be sourdough buckwheat Blinis with créme fraîche and salmon roe; Brioche grilled cheese with pressed caviar; Pommes Dauphine and Paddlefish caviar; and, caviar dip with potato chips. Over the course of this celebratory class, Eburah will use a wide variety of caviars, including Kaluga, Siberian Sturgeon, California White Sturgeon and Paddlefish to pair with the perfect glass of bubbly.
