Pam is the owner of Bella Luna Farms and the founding cheesemaker at Bellsong Creamery. She trained at the Vermont Institute of Artisan Cheese and, in collaboration with renowned cheesemaker Peter Dixon, developed unique cheese recipes for Bellsong. Pam also manages weddings, classes, and special events at Bella Luna Farms. With over 30 years of experience as the principal of Parterre, a high-end gardening firm, she brings creativity and expertise to every project.
