Creative, Curated Experiences: From casual to formal, rustic to refined, our design team will create the personal and unique atmosphere that you envision, whatever the celebration. From cider pressing to cheese making, custom-curated cooking classes to harvesting, there is a wide array of farm experiences to choose from – any of which can be added to enhance your special event or be the focus of it.
Welcoming Atmosphere: We offer all our guests the opportunity to experience the workings of the farm first-hand and see the many different aspects of farm life. Roam the grounds with your guests to meet the resident animals, sip a glass of wine in the Grape House, meander through the European-inspired herb and vegetable gardens, or explore the inspiring circuit of ponds, pasture, and orchards; it’s all right here at your fingertips.
Farm-Fresh Fare: We offer a true farm-to-table experience for your celebration, using our own garden-grown ingredients and those from nearby farms, highlighting local chefs and artisans. At your event, you’ll enjoy fare seasonally-inspired by the fruits and vegetables grown on the grounds, plus artisan cheeses from our creamery, pizzas fired in the wood-burning oven, pasture-fed poultry and more.
