Celebrate the season Italian-style at Bella Luna Farms with a special holiday workshop led by Seattle chef Michela Tartaglia, chef-owner of Pike Place Market’s beloved Pasta Casalinga and author of Pasta For All Seasons. In the cozy glow of our schoolhouse kitchen, Michela will guide us through the art of crafting handmade pasta, sharing the techniques, stories, and traditions that make Italian cooking both soulful and wonderfully fun to learn.

Together, we’ll create and enjoy a festive three-course meal—starting with a bright Christmas antipasto of fennel, oranges, pomegranate, and sardines, along with samplings of Bellsong cheeses; moving into delicate handmade tortelloni filled with winter pumpkin and finished with butter, sage, and Parmigiano; and concluding with classic saltimbocca alla romana with peas. The meal will also include expert wine pairings and insights with each course by sommelier Eugenio Signorelli of Vinifera Imports.

We’ll finish on a sweet note with traditional Italian cookies, and as our gift you’ll take home a copy of Michela’s celebrated cookbook. A delicious way to slow down, savor the season, and bring the warmth and joy of the Italian kitchen to your holiday table!

At each Bella Luna class you will get the chance to enjoy Bellsong Creamery cheeses, sip a glass of something special, and gather around a beautifully prepared meal.
