Join us at Bella Luna Farms as professional cheese and buttermaker Meghan McKenna teaches us how to make glorious cultured butter at home. To begin, we will use local cream to create luscious Crème Fraîche. Then, we will move on to making traditional French-style cultured butter, as well as Fleur de Sel butter, and a variety of compound butters for you to take home. We will also teach you how to make a classic buttermilk dressing from scratch using our own fresh buttermilk. A delicious lunch featuring farmstead dairy provisions from Bella Luna Farms’ own creamery and seasonal produce will be served midway through class, finished by wine and dessert. You will leave the class equipped with a host of recipes, plus all the skills you need to recreate the buttermaking process at home.

At each Bella Luna class you will get the chance to enjoy Bellsong Creamery cheeses, sip a glass of something special, and gather around a beautifully prepared meal.
