Join us for an unforgettable evening as Portland’s celebrated culinary team, Tournant, returns to Bella Luna Farms for a second summer. Known for their artful and elemental approach to cooking with fire, Chefs Jaret and Mona will guide guests through a seasonal, wood-fired dinner experience that blends rustic elegance with refined techniques. This experience will also include a guided tour of the farm, along with an immersive outdoor cooking demonstration where you’ll learn the secrets behind Tournant’s signature open-fire methods. As the day wanes, sit down to a beautifully set table beneath the vines in the Grapehouse and linger over a multi-course meal that will include Bellsong cheeses and summer produce paired with thoughtful wines—each dish a tribute to the season’s bounty and the magic of fire-kissed food.

Chefs Jaret Foster and Mona Johnson are the duo behind Tournant, a culinary endeavor rooted in a deep love of food, community, and the natural world. After years cooking on both coasts, they met while working at Portland Farmers Market—an early spark in what would become a shared journey centered on connection, seasonality, and cooking from the source.

With their signature farm-to-fire approach, Jaret and Mona create immersive, open-air dining experiences that celebrate the bounty of land and sea. From intimate gatherings in their Dayton, Oregon dining room to wild-cooked feasts and retreats around the world, each Tournant meal is a turning point—a moment to slow down, savor, and come together around the fire.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! While payments for workshops and events at Bella Luna Farms are non-refundable, you’re always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you can’t make it.

We’re also happy to offer credit toward a future event—provided we’re able to fill your spot. Giving us as much advance notice as possible helps increase the chances of finding someone, so please reach out as soon as you know you can’t attend. We’ll contact our waitlist and keep you posted.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to weather or instructor illness, your enrollment can be transferred to a future class or refunded.
