Chefs Jaret and Mona return to the wood-fired hearth to craft a seasonal, open-fire brunch that celebrates the slow pleasures of a summer Sunday morning at the farm. Begin your day with a peaceful wander through Bella Luna’s edible gardens and charming grounds before gathering around the fire for a live cooking demonstration. You’ll sip something bubbly, learn a few new techniques, and watch as an elegant spread comes together—think flame-roasted vegetables, farm-fresh eggs, Bellsong cheeses, cast iron cakes, and wood-fired breads, all kissed by smoke and served with signature Tournant style. Settle in at the table under the vines in the Grapehouse and savor it all amidst the serene beauty of the farm. It’s the perfect way to close the weekend—deliciously, and in good company.

Chefs Jaret Foster and Mona Johnson are the duo behind Tournant, a culinary endeavor rooted in a deep love of food, community, and the natural world. After years cooking on both coasts, they met while working at Portland Farmers Market—an early spark in what would become a shared journey centered on connection, seasonality, and cooking from the source.

With their signature farm-to-fire approach, Jaret and Mona create immersive, open-air dining experiences that celebrate the bounty of land and sea. From intimate gatherings in their Dayton, Oregon dining room to wild-cooked feasts and retreats around the world, each Tournant meal is a turning point—a moment to slow down, savor, and come together around the fire.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans change! While payments for workshops and events at Bella Luna Farms are non-refundable, you’re always welcome to transfer your spot to a friend if you can’t make it.

We’re also happy to offer credit toward a future event—provided we’re able to fill your spot. Giving us as much advance notice as possible helps increase the chances of finding someone, so please reach out as soon as you know you can’t attend. We’ll contact our waitlist and keep you posted.

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to weather or instructor illness, your enrollment can be transferred to a future class or refunded.
