Come join us for a traditional Italian Sunday lunch! Seattle chef Michela Tartaglia—chef and owner of the much loved Pasta Casalinga in Pike Place Market and the author of the recent cookbook, Pasta For All Seasons: Dishes that Celebrate the Flavors of Italy and the Bounty of the Pacific Northwest—will gather us in the beautiful Larder schoolhouse to guide us through a four-course menu inspired by both classic Italian ingredients and the seasonal produce of the Pacific Northwest. The meal will kick off with a beautiful aperitivo spread of Bellsong cheeses, salumi & wine; then move into a primo course of handmade cicatielli marinara. The secondo will then star a beautiful pork and lemon scaloppine; and finally, we’ll finish our culinary adventure with an earthy contorno of funghi stagionali trifolati crafted with local wild mushrooms. We’ll finish with a seasonal dolce. Come join us for this immersive, hands-on culinary experience and you will also go home with a signed copy of Chef Michela’s cookbook. Prego!
