Pastry Chef Samantha Gainsburg is the mind behind Butter Shtick, a multi-faceted creative outlet based in Seattle. Previously in charge of the pastry programs at Mamnoon, Canlis, Cafe Juanita and Temple Pastries locally, she also draws from her time in New York and Las Vegas, as well as multiple culinary trips to Turkey, to embody these experiences through beautifully crafted and delicious pastries. Samantha is particularly committed to seasonality, locality, and sustainability through the use of local flours, fruits, and botanicals. Butter Shtick products can be found through pop-ups, custom orders, and workshops.
Payments for workshops and events held at Bella Luna Farms are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to a friend or transfer it to another class. However, we are unable to refund any fees and all payments are final. If a class must be canceled due to inclement weather or instructor illness, your enrollment may be transferred to a future class or a refund may be requested.
Bella Luna is located approximately 30 minutes north of Seattle in Clearview, Washington (about halfway between Woodinville and Snohomish). While Bella Luna Farms is a fantastic site for your event, it is also a private residence, so we ask that our guests schedule visits in advance.
